With a thriving practice that focuses on Aesthetic, Integrative, Functional and Anti-Aging Medicine, this internist and anti-aging expert serves as Medical Director for the Advanced Aesthetics and Integrative Medical Center in Lake Oswego, Oregon, an exclusive suburb of Portland. Her international client base includes patients in Los Angeles and Dubai.
With a board certification in anti-aging medicine and a fellowship in functional medicine, Dr. Naina is also a lecturer for the American Academy of Anti-Aging (A4M), both domestically and internationally. Most recently she is the ambassador for Olay’s Regenerist skincare line, recently launched in the Middle East and is excited about the opportunity to be an educator on the latest wellness and skincare regimens.
For the past 12 years Dr. Naina has focused on blending conventional medicine, nutrigenomics, biochemical and aesthetic disciplines to create customized regimens for patients. These unique programs can deliver better health, an improved appearance and enhanced lifestyle, often dramatically transforming patient's lives.
Dr. Naina is able to apply critical knowledge garnered through her medical degree from University of Chicago Medical School and combine it with hands on experience from patients at medical center. She is currently involved with clinical trials on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy at the Advanced Aesthetic and Integrative Medical Center. Her interest in free radical research included studying the effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on burn patients at the University of Chicago.
Dr. Naina wants to empower her patients to be in charge of their health and beauty. Utilizing an approach called the Fusion of Science and Beauty, she incorporates nutrigenomics, functional medicine scientific testing, state-of-the-art aesthetics equipment. Tapping into her long time experience with internal, functional and anti-aging medicine Dr. Naina can beneficially impact a patient's health at multiple levels. Her customized protocols can assist with hormonal imbalances, fatigue, depression, anxiety, weight gain, skin conditions and fight the signs of aging.
She shares the excitement and enthusiasm and commitment with Proctor & Gamble in educating consumers in the Middle East as to cutting edge knowledge of anti-aging medicine. She feels an advanced approach to anti-aging has lead to their revolutionary Olay Regenerist skincare range which can be incorporated into a daily skincare regimen.
