Summer Skin Care Tips

1: Be Sun Smart – in the sun and in the shade


Too much time spent in the sun not only leads to painful sunburn but overtime you are more likely to develop both lines and age spots. Many women with more olive skin tones like those found in the Arabian Peninsular region may also find a hit of yellowness that makes them look unhealthy and sallow.

Take steps to protect your skin on a daily basis using a daily uv moisturiser with broad-spectrum protection – SPF15 and UVA; stay out of the mid day sun if possible and slip on a hat or sun glasses to avoid aggravating eye wrinkles by squinting in the sun.
